3 or 4. We're faced with the same problem if partner responds hearts or spades: The low road or the high road? Are you an optimist? Is partner a good declarer? 

If you are playing IMP scoring (or rubber bridge), you'd jump to game. At matchpoints, though, there's no reason to get too frisky. That said, you could still jump to game if you feel the situation calls for it.
