You
can Look it Up! An amazing number of bridge questions can be
answered by a simple on-line search. Want to know more about a
convention, such as lebensohl? Just Google it. Want to know about
"fourth-best leads?" Google it. Make sure you put the
entire phrase exactly as you want it and in quotes. If you omit the
quotes, you will get a lot of junk. (For example, if you search for:
FOURTH BEST LEADS, you would get articles about "fourth,"
such as "Fourth of July," and articles about
"Best" and articles about "Leads." Here's an
assignment. Go to GOOGLE
and search for "Law of Total Tricks" -- don't forget those
quote marks!

At
the same time as golf's Ryder Cup, bridge players from America and
Europe will face each other in Dublin, Ireland. This September, I'll
be one of twelve invited players from each team to have the honor of
playing in the first "Warren Buffet Cup." There will be
plenty of coverage of this exciting bridge challenge match. For more

Warren Buffet Supports Bridge: The Bridge Event of the Year -
TransAtlantic Challenge Match - Europe vs America for the Warren
Buffett Cup. 12 of Europe’s top bridge players will be competing
against a top 12 from North America for the Warren Buffett Cup from
the 18th-21st September in Dublin just before Golf’s Ryder Cup.
This event will be held bi- annually in the week of the Ryder Cup.
